The United Kingdom Association for Solution Focused Practise is a fast growing non-profit making organisation for counsellors.
UKASFP made their web site a central point of focus to enable members to collaborate on projects, share documentation and stay informed on the latest and upcoming events.
Web-site visitors are able to easily find a counsellor in their area, and counsellors seeking training can search for an appropriate trainer. Each paying member has his or her own Web-page where details of skills, experience and contact information can be found.
Of course, in any organistion with a membership, someone lands the job of managing subscriptions and all the other tasks of a Membership Secretary. Barry White was the lucky man to be delegated this role:

Because Fast Track Online has developed using a modular platform, it means the system can simply be expanded as and when the UKASFP needs it.

Using Paypal as the payment gateway, members are able to keep their fees up-to-date. Reminders are emailed automatically a few days before membership is due to avoid any risk of it lapsing.
We chose Paypal for the project, but this could easily changed to any online payment gateway.

UKASFP use mail listings for the committee, members and trainers. A daily digest is also made available
The members mail listing has been made available on their web site as a searchable archive, a great way for prospective new members to experience the organistion
Document Sharing
UKASFP are able to share documents via the online document store.
Appropriate levels of security can be applied depending on the document.
Documents that can be searched by title and even their content, include
