I would like to say how I have welcomed the approach of Jenny Gavin-Wear of FastTrackonLine in her work 
with the UKASFP in specifying, and then developing, our new website. Not being a website techie myself, I was very appreciative of her patience, skill and inventiveness in translating what our members told us that they want from our new website, into solutions that have vastly improved the functions for our members.
Specifying the new website: The UKASFP has consulted its members during a three month period last year and many of the comments related to the function of the existing website which had been developed some 7 years ago. Jenny Gavin-Wear of Fasttrackonline helped translate the members' comments into a specification for the new website and then she presented both the specification and ideas on how this might work in the future to the committee. Our committee were so impressed with the 'can do' approach and the quote for the work that they decided to ask Jenny to start developing the new website without inviting further tenders.
During the development phase: there was very close working between the committee and Jenny in developing then testing the new site. Jenny was very responsive to the various comments and queries and was very flexible and creative in sorting the various questions.
After the site went live: the comments from the membership were very positive – fresh modern look, more functionality, easer to use etc. There were some aspects which needed to be altered in the light of comments form members and Jenny was quick and helpful in her response. At no time did she complain when we wanted minor changes to the look and function of the website and worked quickly to meet our requirements.
Sign off and follow up support: Jenny worked collaboratively to agree the sign off to the project and was helpful afterwards in ensuring that the site met all our requirements. We can heartily recommend Fast Track on line to any organisation that wants to commission a website which has significant functions such as maintain a membership/client base and resources for members.

UKASFP put out a tender for a Web-site in early 2005 as we were looking for a site that could be the focus for activity for a young national organisation. It had to act as a repository for documents for people to share, for membership to be automated and handled through the site and at the same time to have discussion lists for our members..
Jenny's tender was by far the best offer we received, and she set about creating a site for us that has received many positive remarks and comments. She listened carefully to our requirements - and then and now has always come up with innovative solutions to our needs and has not failed us at all. With increasing membership and demands she meets all our expectations and more!
The Web-site remains crucial to us and our growth - and we feel we are in good hands with Fast Track. The site is robust, it does what it says on the tin and is written in such a way that its simplicity masks the complex coding behind the scenes. We are more than happy with what she has done for us.

Active Learning Child Care
Active Learning is a leading group of children's nursery schools. Our approach to child care and nursery education is revolutionary, combining an individual approach to curriculum development to match the needs, talents and interests of each child with a focus on learning through stimulating activities, including performing arts, art, science and discovery, IT and technology, sensory rooms, a full sports curriculum and wholesome, organic food. We had a clear vision of the look and feel we wanted on our webpage, what information we wanted communicated and what the customer experience should be for someone visiting our website. We knew what we wanted, but didn't know how to achieve it.
Active Learning identified Jenny and Fast Track Online through a search of numerous potential suppliers. We were looking for a company who would help guide us through the process and translate our vision into reality. We chose Fast Track Online because they were competitive on pricing, professional, flexible and responsive to our needs. Jenny has been excellent throughout in providing guidance and advice on how we could reach our objectives. The project was substantially delayed - not through any fault of Fast Track Online's - because we as an entrepreneurial company with limited human resources have not had the time to deliver content as quickly as we, or I'm sure Jenny, would have liked. Nonetheless, Fast Track Online have been flexible enough to work with us in terms that made sense for our business throughout - occasionally placing our web page on a back burner until we could get the time to provide content.
Fast Track Online's approach, their ability to conceptualise and work with us to achieve the look and feel we desired has been second to none. Their operational flexibility, and ability to work quickly to deliver results when needed, means that they have become a preferred supplier to Active Learning, and we look forward to working together with them on the next phase of our webpage as it develops.

Unclear about what I wanted for my Web page you interviewed me and then came up with fantastic ideas to get my concepts across. I am really pleased with the final result and your continuous support in helping me keep the page up to date, thank you very much for designing our website for us; it really was just what we wanted! You were able to add a unique personality with the changing flags and in remodelling our logo for us. Taking my concept and moulding it into exactly the image I visualized, but couldn't quite describe, it was as if you were inside my head, seeing the same vision I was seeing. Simply remarkable!
